I’ve recently received another lucrative radio job offer, but after careful consideration, I’ve decided to decline.
What made my decision easier was the conversation I had with JOZI FM’s CEO, Bab Njomane. Instead of trying to persuade me to stay, he showed immense trust in me, saying, “I trust you to make the decision.”
His words resonated deeply, reminding me of the opportunities he’s given me. From accommodating me in a hotel for a month to driving me to work every day in his V-Class, Bab Njomane has been more than just a CEO.
He’s given me the platform to shine as an award-winning radio personality, airing Monday to Friday on JOZI FM.
I’m grateful for the exposure and experience I’ve gained at JOZI FM. The love and support from my colleagues and listeners have been invaluable.
