Paseka “Pastor Mboro” Motsoeneng, a controversial pastor, has been released on bail after being arrested for storming into a school armed.

He and his bodyguard appeared before the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court for a bail hearing on September 12. In a video posted by @eNCA, Mboro can be seen praying in court, with his bodyguard seated beside him.
The judge announced that the state would not oppose Mboro’s bail application, and he was subsequently granted bail of R3000. His co-accused was released on a warning.

As part of their release conditions, both Mboro and his bodyguard are prohibited from contacting witnesses. The case has been postponed until October 21.
